Ordering & tracking your order

Orders on Teval Elektroonika OÜ e-shop can be placed by registered customers and customers who have not registered an account on our Customers database.

- Customers with login user and password, can login from "Login" and then simply proceed to shopping. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.

- New customers can register an account before shopping here or do it during checkout.

- You do not need an account to buy from our e-shop, then you simply have to fill in the checkout information after selecting products from the product catalog.

- If you have found the right product from the product catalog you have to specify the necessary amount (default is the minimum order amount) and then press on "Add to Cart". Added products can be reviewed from the "Shopping Cart" icon in upper right corner. In the cart, you can change the amount or delete selected products from the list. 

From the "Cart" you can proceed to checkout. 

Registered customers can then login, if they have not done it yet, others have to fill in the checkout information required. 

Then You have to select shipping method and payment method and "Place order now".

The prices displayed in the Teval Elektroonika's catalog are without shipping.

The prices displayed while making a purchase are set by Teval Elektroonika at www.teval.ee
Price published by Teval Elektroonika OÜ on their website refers to the quantity of goods available at the moment an order is placed. Price for products with insufficient or 0 stock can be changed.

Teval Elektroonika ships cargo within Europe.

Free delivery to parcel machines within Estonia for orders over  10€

Shipping

Information on products in stock for Teval Elektroonika and partners in the web-store, can be shown with a time-shift for technical reasons.

After the order is placed and confirmed by a Teval Elektroonika OÜ employee there are two options:

1. If the goods are in stock, local(Estonia) delivery within 2-3 days.  

2. If the ordered item is out of stock in a specified amount, an order confirmation will be sent with the estimated time of delivery.

3. International delivery depending on the destination country within 7 days.

4. When using in-shop pickup as a delivery method, the customer is obligated to pickup the goods within 6 months.

Payment Methods

Prices in the product catalog do not include VAT and delivery cost!

Teval Elektroonika accepts payments in euros.

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable VAT charges and shipping cost. VAT is automatically included during checkout.

Shipping rates for your order depend on the selected shipping option and are added to totals in checkout.

Teval elektroonika is responsible for the processing of personal data. Teval Elektroonika forwards the personal data required for payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

To all current and new business customers we offer subsequent payment deadline when we have a cooperation agreement that states the contitions and deadline for purchase. To get a cooperation agreement e-mail to teval@teval.ee or contact us from our website. 



1. Deadline for the submission of claims for individuals is 24 months after the date of delivery of goods to a customer. For legal entities manufacturer warranty applies.

2. During the period of claims the customer shall be entitled to free repair or return of the goods. If the goods are not suitable for use due to a manufacturing error, all costs for repairing work and the cost of spare parts will be reimbursed to the customer.

3. The basis for the claims is a sale receipt or other document on purchasing the goods.

4. The claims do not cover training on the use of goods, care, cleaning, restoration of the saleable condition of a product or elimination of damages due to failure to comply with the instruction manual.

5. The right for raising claims does not apply to damages caused during transportation, after the goods have been transferred to the Customer.

6. Teval Elektroonika does not eliminate the defects and drawbacks that were identified during the period of claims for free if they were caused by: 

•defective software; 

 • normal wear or tear; 

• improper use or maintenance (also if the device was repaired or serviced by the person who was not authorized by the manufacturer); 

• damage, replacement or removal of the serial number or marking sticker on the device and/or on the component; 

•external factors. The external factors (force majeure) include inter alia the thunderstorm, improper voltage or voltage fluctuations, humidity, fluid, mechanical damage, etc. 

 • product is not working by the fault of the owner, exploitation of the product, not following the instructions or if the defects were caused by improper handling of the product.

7. When determining liability, Teval Elektroonika is guided by the results of examination (diagnostics), conducted by a person authorized by the manufacturer. If the result of the examination shows that the shortcomings were due to the above mentioned factors and, at the same time, the repair of the product is possible, the customer has the right to order a paid repair. Any repairs on damages caused by high humidity, infiltration of liquids or mechanical action, are only made on a fee-for-service basis.

8. Any examination (diagnostics) will be charged if Teval Elektroonika is not responsible for the elimination of shortcomings and the goods can not be repaired. The customer also has to bear the costs of the examination (diagnostics), if the goods meet the technical requirements of the manufacturer.

9. The private client is exempt from paying the costs of the examination during the first six months from the date of purchase.

11. In addition to the right for claiming the customer has all the other rights arising from the legislation of ER.


Returns policy

According to the Law of Obligations Act, the client can back down from the contract within 14 days. For goods purchased from the Teval Elektroonika e-shop, the 14 days start from the moment the goods reach the client unless stated otherwise by the Law of Obligations Act.

The 14-day return right is subjected to terms stated in the Teval Elektroonika’s terms and conditions and the Law of Obligations Act. The current page is created to combine the more important information:

1. When using the right to return products, the client must follow the clients obligations, stated in  §-s 562 of the Law of Obligations Act. In case of deterioration of the product, the client must compensate for the deteriorated value if the product has been used more than required to understand its functionality and characteristics. To understand the functionality and characteristics of the product, the client should as he would when familiarizing with a product in a store.

2. To use the right to return products, the client must contact a representative of Teval Elektroonika by email at teval@teval.ee not later than 14 days after receiving the product.

3. When backing down from the purchase agreement, the client must return the product not later than 14 days of notifying Teval Elektroonika of the return.

4. When returning the product, the client must is packaged correctly and the product does not get damaged during the return shipping.

5. Products that reach the client that have not been pre-built must be returned in the same condition.

6. When using the 14-day return right, the client must take care of all the costs associated with the return.

7. The payment of the initial order, including the cost of transport, will be returned to the client not later than 14 days of Teval Elektroonika receiving the goods or proof of shipment. The payment will be returned via wire transfer to the bank out the initial payment was made by, unless agreed upon otherwise.

8. The 14-day return right does not apply in cases set by the Law of Obligations Act § 53 section 4 for the following products:

  • Personalized products

  • Audio- and video products and computer software that has been opened

  • Products not suitable for returns due to healthcare or hygienic reasons
